Surgical Instrument Management Module

The Surgical Instrument Management Module is a software application that offers full traceability of instruments. Many versions are availlable. In its basic form, the Lite version provides you with an easy way of managing tray lists and labels as well as a structured database for collecting, storing and organizing your sterilization information. The pro and Multi-sites versions enables you to the full traceability of surgical instruments including traceability of sterilization processes. All versions are compatible and can be upgraded at any time.

Linen Distribution Module

The ChronoMEDIC Linen Distribution Module enables the hospital laundry department to easily manage linen orders for care units. Orders can be made using portable terminals or the daily Quotas. The system helps prepare, deliver linen carts, tracks quantity per item used or delivered every day.

  • This module provides all necessary tools to manage the white linen for an hospital;
  • Manages and distributes by quota, by order or by delivered quantity using portable terminals;
  • Distributes by carts or by standard cart exchange;
  • Generates usage statistics, delivery reports per period, cost reports, etc.
 

The ChronoTEX System allows the production management, the quality control and full tracking of the OR linen.

  • An RFID transponder sewed in the OR linen allows it's traceability during the process of preparation, washing inspection, packing and shipping to customers;
  • Assures conformity of packs (item type and quantity)
  • Each pack is identified by a serialised label;
  • Provides a detailed event history allowing an easy research and tracking of articles and packs.
 

GesTEX is an application that allows a client to automate it's orders to the laundry service and provides a specific management of it's inventory.
